Hardscape Crew Lead

 

Pay starts at $25 hr. and includes performance bonuses.

 

The Hardscape Crew Leader will need enough experience to lead a team of four employees  that installs patios and walkways.  Must be able to read hardscape design plans, have experience driving a truck and trailer, and have some experience leading employees.  You will also be able to learn deck construction, drainage work, install landscape plantings, outdoor lighting, custom woodwork creations, and indoor remodeling projects. This is a great position to gain more knowledge and further develop your management skills.

Construction and Landscape Technician

 

Beginner pay starts at $20 hr. We pay more for any prior relevant experience. 

​

As a Construction and Landscape Technician you will be a part of a dynamic team that builds and installs sustainable landscapes in and around Evanston. We provide transportation to each job site. 

​

You will be trained and gain great experience in all these areas:

​

  • Carpentry : deck building, raised beds, arbors, pergolas, trellises and fence building 

  • Landscaping: native plantings, mulching, testing and amending soil, and waste removal. 

  • Water Management: installing drip irrigation, French drains, rain water gardens, and rainwater catchment systems

  • Hardscape Masonry: building patios and pathways with brick, stone and other hardscape materials. ​

  • Indoor Remodeling: kitchens, bathrooms, mudrooms, custom carpentry/trim work
