Construction and Landscape Technician

(Temporary Full-Time Position Through October)

 

Pay starts at $24 hr. We pay more for any prior relevant experience.

As a Construction and Landscape Technician you will be a part of a dynamic team that builds and installs sustainable landscapes in and around Evanston. We provide transportation to each job site. Our outdoor season ends at the end of October. This position will work 

You will be trained and gain great experience in all these areas:

● Carpentry : deck building, raised beds, arbors, pergolas, trellises and fence building 

● Landscaping: native plantings, mulching, testing and amending soil, and waste removal. 

● Water Conservation: Installing drip irrigation, French drains, rain water gardens, and rainwater catchment systems

● Hardscape Masonry: Building patios and pathways with brick, stone and other hardscape materials.
